“At present, our technology has achieved 240 million nano-level bubbles per milliliter (diameter of 1000 nanometers or less), of which 100 to 200 nanometer bubbles accounted for more than 50%, and achieve a large flow, the maximum flow can reach 100 tons per hour.” Zhao Zhuowei told reporters that only at the same time to meet these three conditions, in order to get out of the laboratory, in the industrialization of the application of large-scale promotion, the company has also become the field of domestic first to break the industry's “bottleneck” of the enterprise.

 

 

All the way to the “water” forward, Zhao Zhuowei walked with immense determination.

Twenty years ago, he graduated from high school and went to Japan to study, the early 20-year-old northeastern teenager out of love for water and their own unremitting efforts, headlong into the water environment research, enrolled in Japan's top institutions - the University of Tsukuba Tectonics Energy College of the hydrosphere environment specializing in further study.

During his study abroad, he was awarded national scholarships and public welfare foundation scholarships for 6 consecutive years, published 4 papers, obtained 5 nationally certified qualification results in Japan, and was also granted a number of patents. ...... With his excellent curriculum vitae, in 2011, he entered a research enterprise in Tokyo that researches on the industrialization and application of the technology of nano bubble. In 2011, he joined a company in Tokyo that researches on the industrialization and application of nano bubble technology, and from then on, he had a close relationship with nano bubble.

At that time, nano bubble technology was booming in Japan, and was widely used in many fields such as medical care, aquaculture, sewage treatment, crop irrigation, pesticide cleaning, and health beverages. But in China, this technology is still little known.

For Zhao Zhuowei, it has always been his wish to bring the nano bubble technology back to China to improve the quality of life of the Chinese people.

In 2015, Zhao Zhuowei accepted the invitation of Ningbo Municipal Government and came to Ningbo three times, leaving an excellent impression of Ningbo.

“Ningbo has rich marine resources, flows more than 12,000 rivers, has a wide range of technology application scenarios, and it has a deep manufacturing base that can give entrepreneurs great support.”

So, he gave up the high salary retention of Japanese companies and the right of permanent residence in Japan that was about to arrive, and decided to settle down in Ningbo with the nano bubble technology, and created a high-tech environmental protection enterprise--Ningbo Zhuhong Nano Science and Technology Co.

“When I returned to China, I had nothing but the technology installed in my head.” Recalling the bits and pieces of entrepreneurship, Zhao Zhuowei mixed feelings, from technology development iteration, looking for supporting manufacturers, to develop the market, everything from scratch, the road is full of unknown and difficult.

At the beginning of the venture, a dilemma in front of Zhao Zhuowei: to participate in the government's river governance projects, you must have environmental qualifications; but want to apply for this qualification, you have to provide the relevant river governance cases.

How to break the cycle of “chicken lays eggs and eggs lay chickens”? Zhao Zhuowei decided to do river governance for free for the government, through the accumulation of more than 10 free projects, the company finally applied for environmental protection qualification in Ningbo City, and then continue to develop the market, and last year applied for environmental protection qualification in Zhejiang Province.

At first the company is not enough manpower, he pulled up his pants, pick up the wrench, even if the shoes into the black and smelly river mud, installation of accidental bleeding and injury, he does not care, as long as it is recognized as the goal, he never give up.

With a passion and hardcore technology, a dream became a reality.

Zhuhong nano gradually in the domestic application of nano bubble technology in this niche field to stand firm, access to three authorized invention patents.

“Adding nano bubble technology in the waters, the dissolved oxygen will be rapidly increased, and the COD, total phosphorus, ammonia and nitrogen content in the water will gradually decline, inducing fish migration, and establishing a virtuous cycle and a new ecosystem.” Zhao Zhuowei introduced, the only power source of the nano bubble equipment is the pump, which can be used stably for three to five years, and the only running cost is only electricity.

It is such a low running cost of 100% pure physical reaction device, so that enterprises continue to produce “fission”.

Nowadays, the equipment and technology of Zhuhong Nano has carried out a lot of business in the application scenarios of enterprise sewage treatment, river water quality improvement, coastline management, etc., and achieved very obvious results.

In order to better show the effectiveness of water treatment at home, Zhuhong Nano also took the lead as the country's first “corporate river chief”, responsible for the water quality management of the Jingu River, a tributary of the Zhongtang River.

“Last summer, when we first took over, the 1.8 kilometers of the river emitted a bad smell. After we placed equipment such as an nano bubble generator, now, in less than a year, the water quality of the Jingu River has stabilized from inferior fifth-class water to fourth-class water.” He said he hopes to challenge the Category 3 water standard within the five-year responsibility of the “corporate river chiefs”.

The “test bed” also extends to farms and aquatic transportation.

In aquaculture, nano bubble technology set aquaculture oxygen, increase production, improve water quality and tail water treatment in the same system, can realize high-density farming fish, shrimp, aquatic products detoxification, purification, improve product quality and taste. In aquatic transportation, aquatic animals can be physically hypnotized, so that it maintains the lowest vital signs, thus reducing its mucus secretion or fecal discharge, ensuring water quality, and then waking up after arriving at the destination, which can significantly extend the transportation time of live fresh aquatic products.

Meanwhile, Zhuhong Nano also tries to increase the yield of seawater rice in Qingdao and new ways of seawater aquaculture.

At the beginning of 2021, after Yuan Longping's team of “Qingdao sea water rice research and development center” several feasible experimental program evaluation, Zhuhong nano with exclusive technology, from hundreds of units, was approved to use in two standard test field. At the end of October of the same year at the project acceptance meeting, after manual harvesting, machine threshing, measurement and other links, the expert group assessed the average yield of 464.89 kilograms per mu of the test field of the nano bubble device, with the same conditions without the use of this technology compared to the experimental field yield increase of 9.34%, to reach the domestic leading level.

Scientific and technological innovation is only the starting point, there is no end.

Zhao Zhuowei told the reporter that although the company's technology is in the leading position in China, they continue to conduct in-depth research and development every year, apply for new patents and develop new application scenarios.

“I hope that through the nano bubble technology, we can bring real changes to the lives of the Chinese people, such as safer and fresher fish, shrimp and crabs that we eat, clearer water quality in the river, and we will also explore the treatment of skin diseases to bring new hope to the patients.” Zhao Zhuowei said, this is also the original intention of his return to China to start his own business, in this “water” road, he will continue to ride the waves, guarding the green mountains and green water, for the people's life to add a sense of happiness.
