Project Overview: This project is located at a large-scale recirculating aquaculture facility for sea bass in Shandong Province, comprising 3,000 culture ponds, each with a water volume of 50 tons and a stocking density of 50 kg/m². This high-density farming system places extremely stringent demands on dissolved oxygen levels and energy consumption control. Ultrafine nanobubbles feature exceptionally small bubble diameters, long residence times in water, and high gas utilization efficiency, enabling highly effective enhancement of dissolved oxygen. Compared with conventional aeration equipment, they offer significant energy‑saving advantages.
 
Project Conclusion: The project originally set a dissolved‑oxygen target of 11 mg/L; after implementing this equipment, dissolved oxygen consistently reached 13.8 mg/L, fully meeting the high‑density survival requirements of sea bass and ensuring overall survival rates. Meanwhile, the equipment consumes only 14.28% of the energy used by conventional oxygen diffusers, reducing aeration operating costs for farmers by 85.72% while balancing production yields with energy‑saving economic benefits.
